Overlooking a beautiful wooded lot with a deck on the upper and lower level, you can enjoy the comforts of a permanent home, and take advantage of all that Innsbrook Resort has to offer. With a bathroom for each bedroom, Woodland View offers ample privacy for groups. The full basement is perfect for families who are looking for both a quiet retreat and some room for play.
The house features an open main floor, with a wall of windows that invites nature in. With a kitchen, dining area, two sitting areas, and a fireplace, you can relax in comfort. A bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed and two full bathrooms are located on the main floor. The main floor also has a deck for eating.
The lower, walk-out basement offers a second sitting area with a second TV, and generous room for games or lounging. The third bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom are located on the lower level. A large private deck with eating and sitting areas can be accessed from the lower level.
Please note that we charge a one time $75 property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $1500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen. Pets are also welcome for an additional $45 per night fee.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people).
