Golfer s Retreat at Westbrook Village - Beautiful home located in the quiet, lush golf course community of Westbrook Village. Quiet 55+ age-restricted community. (Primary renter must be 55+ years old, other guests cannot be younger than 20yrs old) Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home with a sparkling pool, hot tub, and a backyard for entertaining. Walking distance to the golf course. Located just outside the Arrowhead Mall area where there is a plethora of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and grocery stores including Costco.

Boasting 2307sq ft with high ceilings, this home has a very spacious, welcoming layout. Walking through the front door you ll enter the open living room/family room space. There is a large brown leather sectional couch that reclines for maximum comfort while kicking back and watching a movie on the 65 wall-mounted, Smart TV. There is a coffee table located in front of the reclining couch and beneath the TV is a beautiful wood TV stand with a built-in fireplace for ambiance. The family room has a large billiard table set up for a game of pool. Located on the wall next to it are pool cue sticks.

The dining room is located right across from the living space and has large windows that give you a view of the beautiful backyard and sparkling pool. The dining room has a beautiful glass table with 4 chairs. It s adorned by a beautiful light oak china cabinet. Against the dining room wall is a bar table with 4 bar stools for additional entertaining. The dining room opens to the eat-in kitchen.

The kitchen is very large and includes granite countertops, white cabinets, a gas cooktop, and white appliances that include double ovens, a microwave, and a large double-door fridge with an ice maker. The kitchen bar area has 3 bar stools and across from it sits an additional dining table that can seat 6 people. The kitchen gets a lot of natural light with the blinds open and a full view of the backyard entertaining space and sparkling pool. There is also a built-in desk nook where you can set up your laptop and get some work done if needed.

Located down the hallway to the left of the dining room is the large master suite. The master suite has a gorgeous view of the pool and includes a beautiful wooden queen-sized bed, wooden dresser, upholstered chair, and mounted 60 Smart TV. To the left of the bed sits a large black desk that guests can use as a working space. The desk includes a printer/scanner combo and this is also where the Century Link modem is located. Guests can plug directly into the ethernet connection if needed.

Attached to the master is a large walk-in closet with dresser drawers and the master bathroom. The master bathroom had a large dual vanity with his and hers sinks and a built-in area with a sitting stool to apply makeup. To the left of the vanity are a private commode and a large walk-in shower. The walk-in shower has a built-in bench, dual shower heads, and jets for a relaxing experience.

Across from the master bedroom are the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen size murphy bed with built-in cabinets, a walk-in closet, and a mounted 32 Smart TV. This bedroom had doors that can be shut or opened to the third bedroom. The third bedroom has dark wood, queen sized bed, a pub table with a chair, a mounted 32 Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom sits in between the two bedrooms and includes a single vanity with granite countertops, a large framed mirror, and a tub/shower combo.

The backyard is very clean and set up perfectly for entertaining! The back patio has a large 6-person, glass dining table that s perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a 2-person bench with a coffee table and two additional chairs for entertaining and ceiling fans for a nice cool breeze. Next to the sitting area is a 4 burner, stainless steel BBQ grill that sits on the edge of the patio.

The backyard has a large sparkling pool with jets that can shoot up from the built-in pool bench. There are palm trees surrounding the pool and a sunbathing area that includes two zero-gravity chairs. The pool is not currently heated, but the backyard does include an above-ground hot tub.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using flushable wipes.
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap.
~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
