Welcome to 1718 Shoreline Escape! Our Shoreline Escape chalet is waterfront on the banks of 4-acre Lake Sonnenblick, a perfect lake for swimming, fishing, and kayaking!

This getaway chalet has a beautiful modern interior and an amazing exterior for the perfect carefree Innsbrook vacation. Just kick back and enjoy some quiet time with family or friends at this lakefront retreat.

All of our chalets at Innsbrook are top of the line and this one is no exception. Imagine a breezy waterfront feel, a bright and refreshing color scheme, lots of family space to hang out, watch movies, play games, and do puzzles or to just sit by the fireplace (indoors or out).

On the main floor, you’ll find a huge open kitchen, big family table, comfy modern furniture, smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and WiFi, You name it, we have it! We pride ourselves on having the best cookware and small details to make your stay super easy so you can focus on fun and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Just down the road are a couple of great hiking trails. And a short car ride (5-7 minutes) away is the resort pool, fitness center, clubhouse, golf course, and more. You can even arrange for horseback riding if you’d like.

Our chalets come with a full-time concierge staff to make sure you are well prepared for your vacation and that your questions are answered quickly before and during your visit.

Wonderful winter weekend with the family. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the winter season. The fireplace was great to use and we had plenty of wood. Would recommend bringing extra fire starter if using from the woodpile after it has snowed. We took a couple snowy hikes all within walking distance of the chalet. The chalet was very roomy and comfortable. The children can’t wait to come back in the warmer weather. Very nice stay.

We went for the weekend. The fire was warm, the view was gorgeous and the hike were amazing. My five year old daughter said that although the chalet didn’t look like our house, it felt like home! I agree!

I just wanted to say, that we had a fabulous time at your chalet! It’s a beautiful chalet that is very clean, fully stocked with everything you could ever need and so peaceful. It was a wonderful getaway for me and my family and also for our friends. They were very impressed with your chalet and how spectacular it is!! Also, thank you for the welcome box and most importantly, the fur babies bowl and treats!! That was so sweet and sincerely appreciated. The fur babies also had a blast and loved their walks in the woods! As always, you are over the top with everything you do for welcoming your guests to your chalet and how absolutely clean and beautiful it was!! Thank you, for renting your chalet to us and we created memories that will last a lifetime. We look forward to another visit very soon, perhaps this winter!!

The home is perfect: sleeps 9 comfortably, towels are luxuriously soft, plenty of toys and floats to enjoy on the lake. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend! We had a little trouble getting through the security gate but the owner resolved the issue quickly. We had a great time, highly recommend renting from Sarah! Thank you!

Wonderful chalet with nice, comfortable furniture and nice touches throughout. It is set up with everything you could need if you are looking to stay in and relax. There are kayaks, life jackets in different sizes including kid sizes, a paddle boat for use. A nice beach area as well as a dock to sit and take everything in. The deck is a nice size. Communication with Sarah was easy and prompt. Prior to arrival, Sarah sent very good, easy directions to follow on how to get to the chalet. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is a great house, well appointed and comfortable. It has a terrific view from the house deck and there’s a lovely sitting area at water’s edge. Kayaks and a paddle boat are perfect for tooling around the lake. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the dock. There are 2 good hiking trails a short walk from the driveway. It’s a quiet part of Innsbrook but a little sound from neighboring cabins made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The beds and furnishings were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced. We will definitely be back!
