Situated less than a mile away from Innsbrook’s 18-hole public championship golf course, Woodland View is also the premiere choice for a golf getaway. Set back from the street, this private lot is nestled in an area with wonderful opportunities for leisurely walks. In the summertime, enjoy the popular sand beaches and swim docks on 150-acre Lake Aspen, the Conference Center and Innsbrook’s beautiful outdoor swimming pool, as well The Clubhouse Restaurant, all just minutes from the house.
Overlooking a beautiful wooded lot with a deck on the upper and lower level, you can enjoy the comforts of a permanent home, and take advantage of all that Innsbrook Resort has to offer. With a bathroom for each bedroom, Woodland View offers ample privacy for groups. The full basement is perfect for families who are looking for both a quiet retreat and some room for play.
The house features an open main floor, with a wall of windows that invites nature in. With a kitchen, dining area, two sitting areas, and a fireplace, you can relax in comfort. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the main floor. The main floor also has a deck for eating.The lower, walk-out basement offers a second sitting area with a second TV, and generous room for games or lounging. The third bedroom and full bathroom are located on the lower level. A large private deck with eating and sitting areas can be accessed from the lower level.
