You will fall in love with this beautifully updated chalet nestled among tall oaks and dogwood trees. Near the Aspen Center (about a half mile) and the golf course (5-minute drive), this chalet is private, classy and the perfect getaway year-round.

With 3 bedrooms and two full baths, our Shadow Lake Cottage is the perfect retreat for family or friend groups. Situated on very peaceful Shadow Lake, you’ll enjoy a wonderfully outfitted kitchen, a spacious great room with wood burning stove & floor to ceiling windows overlooking the trees and water, a main floor master bedroom with king size bed, a three season room and a fire-pit right outside the chalet for those memorable nights around the fire.

A private dock is just a short walk from the deck where you can enjoy fishing, swimming and kayaking on the lake. Kayaks and life jackets are included with the chalet for fun on the water. Centrally located to all the Innsbrook amenities and within 1.5 miles of our other Innsbrook properties. Available for the first time in 2019!

The chalet includes:

• A Pack N Play is available for a $25 fee

This is our family’s second stay at one of Sarah Bernard’s Chalets in Innsbrook. We are so pleased with her properties! This chalet is located right on the lake, and it has a private dock! We caught so many fish including blue gill, catfish, and bass. The chalet is decorated perfectly and has has comfy furniture and beds. We absolutely loved our time there and can’t wait to go back!
