Easily accessible from the road, with ample parking just steps from your front door, your escape to Timberline Cottage begins the moment you arrive.
Step onto our lakeside dock, tucked away in a secluded cove on the 4-acre Lake Sonnenblick, where you can indulge in fishing, leisurely reading, basking in the sun, or embarking on delightful kayak rides around the tranquil waters. Plus, with kayaks included and pets welcome (for a small additional fee of $55 per night), every member of your family can partake in the adventure!
Inside the chalet, you'll discover a haven of comfort and convenience. The cozy living room boasts a charming stone fireplace, perfect for chilly fall and winter evenings, while an outdoor fire pit area invites you to gather 'round under the starry sky. The fully stocked kitchen on the main level ensures you have everything needed to whip up delicious meals for your group, and the main level master bedroom suite with a king bed promises restful nights.
Relax and unwind on the glass-enclosed porch or the expansive deck adorned with comfortable furniture, where you can grill up a feast while observing the abundant wildlife that frequents the area. Upstairs, an open loft provides a space for leisurely lounging, while two additional bedrooms and a full bath offer ample accommodations for kids or extra guests.Both bedrooms are completely private with easy access to the bath and views of the wooded lot.

A visit to the Timberline Cottage is perfect for families, girls’ getaways, golf escapes, or wedding groups. Open year-round, the chalet is fully stocked and includes an outside propane grill plus everything you need for your weekend, including that all-important coffee to start your day.
Please note that we charge a one-time property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people).
