FAQS

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 4pm or later. We do allow early check-in (for an additional fee) if housekeeping has time to prepare. We typically cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. Check-out is at 11am.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If Reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee and Guest is released from financial liability on remaining balance owed. Cancelations with less than 30 day notice will result in 100% loss of all payment.

  • Can I have an event or party?

    In order to respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings (typically over 10 to 15 people) at our chalets. Feel free to call us at 314-410-8664 if you have general questions about this policy. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival to avoid these charges.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Most of our chalets allow up to two dogs for a $35 per night pet fee, which can be added during the reservation process. If you decide to bring your dog after you confirm your reservation, please let us know and we would be happy to make that change. No cats, please. 1743 Little Bear Lodge, 2419 Peaceful Springs Chalet, and 1247 Sunset Oaks are not pet-friendly (perfect for those with a pet allergy!).

  • Is wood provided for fireplaces/firepits?

    Our property owners stock firewood at their property from October through March, for the enjoyment of our guests. Though we do our best to make sure that the supply of firewood is maintained, there may be times when supply is low. We provide resources for procuring additional firewood in your property's Welcome Book.

  • Are the indoor fireplaces wood burning or gas?

    All fireplaces are wood burning.

  • How many cars are allowed in driveway?

    Innsbrook rule is one car per bedroom plus one. If you have day guests, all cars must fit in the driveway.

  • Are there bathtubs in the chalets?

    Yes, most of our chalets have a bathtub. 1716 has a jetted tub. There are a few that don't have tubs so be sure to let us know if you require one during your stay.

  • What is your smoking/non-smoking policy?

    All Chalets are non-smoking.

  • Are there "beach towels" or do guests bring their own?

    We provide beach towels.

  • Is there a place to get bags of ice or is ice provided?

    Ice can be purchased at the Country Market only during the summer as it's closed during the winter months.

  • How big are the lakes?

    The lakes are good size. They are all great for paddle boating/boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, playing at the beach.

  • Can I bring my own kayak?

    Yes

  • Can I bring a paddle board?

    Yes

  • Are there fishing poles at the chalet? Can we rent them? Do I need a fishing license?

    The fishing poles and supplies that are at the chalets have been left behind by other renters; we don't supply these, but you are welcome to use what you find. We suggest picking some up at Wal-Mart if you plan to fish since we don't provide them. You can pick up bait at the liquor store in Wright City. No fishing licenses are required at Innsbrook.

  • Are dogs allowed in lake?

    Innsbrook requires dogs to be on a leash. At our private lakes, dogs are allowed in the water.

  • Is there a grill?

    Yes, all of our chalets have gas grills for your use.

  • Where is the closest grocery store?

    We recommend bringing all your groceries with you for your convenience. It's about a 20-minute drive back to a store. If you stop in Wentzville (Exit 208 or 209) on your way from St. Louis, there is a Schnuck’s and a Dierberg’s there. If you're coming from the west (Columbia), you can exit at 194 for Wal-Mart Supercenter or Kroger. There is also a small convenience store at Innsbrook called the Country Market, near the Main Gate, but it is closed in the winter months.

  • Is Uber available?

    Unfortunately Uber is not yet available at Innsbrook Resort. We would be happy to help you arrange private transportation service through one of the local limousine companies.

  • Do you have a babysitter list or does the resort offer that service?

    We do not provide that service. Please check with the resort.

  • What kind of food does the restaurant have?

    Burgers, pizza, bar food. Menu is online.

  • How far are the chalets from the golf club house, Aspen Center, or the pool?

    It varies based on which chalet you are renting. Please let us know if you'd like us to send you a map of the resort.

  • Do we need a reservation for the Sunday breakfast buffet?
