Welcome to the Enclave Townhomes on Spring Valley Drive. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is the perfect place for your family trip to Steamboat Springs. From this particular townhome, you may be able to view the resident Elk herd that likes to winter behind the complex. Many guests have been able to enjoy wildlife watching from the windows here.
This cozy home features a large kitchen with high end appliances and everything you need to prepare your family meals, no bumping into each other while preparing breakfast in this home! The large dining table has room for everyone to eat and enjoy, you won t feel cramped into a tiny space for meals here. The large living room features comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace and access to the ground level deck. There is also a half bathroom located on this level for your convenience. There is one parking space in the garage and plenty of room for your gear. There is extra parking just outside the garage, but this space is limited and trailers and RVs are not allowed.
