The condo is conveniently located at the bottom of the Chondola (part of the Gondola system) and Lift 10 in a local's neighborhood Skiers can easily access the mountain via a short walk to the base of the Chondola, Lift 1, or Lift 10. All three are right at the base of the Telluride Ski Resort.  The Chondola connects with the Mountain Village core, where the Gondola to The Town of Telluride is only a short walk from the top of the Chondola.  The condo itself has a nice size balcony overlooking the valley creek with the mountains in the background.

Inside, you will find a newly remodeled 2 Bedroom + large loft, 2 Bathrooms with no detail spared. The unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and all your cooking needs and then some. Raclette anyone? There is a grill for your use on the deck. The detailed fireplace is a beautiful focal point in the living room.  The spacious loft has a queen, one full sized bed and two twin mattresses with plenty of room. The loft has its own flat screen TV and plenty of natural light shines in the sky light. There is a bathroom located on the loft level with a large walk-in shower. The main level Master Bedroom has a king size bed that overlooks the valley. The Guest Bedroom on the main level has a window looking at the forest behind the unit with a queen bed.  Bathroom 1 is located downstairs between the two bedrooms with a full size jetted tub and shower. Please note this unit is on the 3rd floor. The garage is not available for guest parking, but is available for ski and bike storage.

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
