Guests are welcome to use the kitchens in this unit, balconies, and the laundry rooms. Please be considerate of the tenants on the basement level. They have a separate entrance address, but are in close proximity. No garage access.

Just 2.5 miles from Sacramento State University, and 2.5 miles in the opposite direction to Old Town Sacramento on the Sacramento River. The American river is a short jog or bike ride away as well.
