Overlooking a beautiful wooded lot, Little Bear Lodge is the perfect private getaway for escaping to nature and taking advantage of all that Innsbrook has to offer. Whether you’re enjoying a meal on the deck, or taking in the view from the chalet’s floor-to-ceiling windows, you will feel like you are living in a treehouse. The chalet features a full kitchen and dining area that opens to a great room with a stone fireplace. There are two bedrooms, one on the main level (with a king sized bed) and one upstairs (with a queen), plus additional sleeping space with three twin beds in the loft. The chalet includes two full bathrooms, one on each level. In addition to the large deck, you’ll find an outdoor fire-pit just outside the chalet, a perfect spot to enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods. LIttle Bear Lodge is located in a lovely and quiet area, within walking distance to two nature trails and a stream that runs behind the chalet. It’s an easy drive to the Maingate, to Lake Aspen beaches, and to the golf course and Clubhouse restaurant. For larger groups, this chalet is also within walking distance to several of our other Innsbrook properties. Our chalets come with a full-time concierge staff to make sure you are well prepared for your vacation and that your questions are answered quickly before and during your visit. Need more space? The chalets are first class with everything you need for a get-away, but I cannot say enough about the customer service that Sarah’s team provides. We recently spent a weekend in January at one of Sarah’s chalets and got snowed in! Kaye (one of Sarah’s team members) was in constant communication with us to ensure we were well taken care of. Prior to our visit, we even discussed moving the reservation to a different weekend given the forecast, but I was determined to enjoy the weekend at Innsbrook. Kaye made sure we had plenty of firewood and even left us a shovel! When the storm brought even more snow than predicted, she put us first on the list for snow-plowing to make sure we got home on time. Their attention to detail as showcased by the accommodations and dedication to their clients is top rate. You will not be disappointed with your stay or customer service. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a getaway. Nice space, views and access to walking trails. Clean, nice furnishings and well stocking with anything you might need. Our dogs loved the screened in porch great spot to start your day with a cup of coffee! We would definitely return and recommend to our friends!

This was my first trip alone with my 2 city girls (10yo & 11yo) but from the minute we walked into our lovely cabin we felt safe and completely at home! Sarah even had a doggy bowl with toys and treats welcoming our miniature schnauzer! Even though our stay was in March we had plenty to keep us busy yet had time to relax, slow down and enjoy the nature surrounding us. Also, coming from Kansas City it could not have been an easier drive.

We loved our weekend getaway at 1716 Sonnenblick! We didn’t have the best weather, but Sarah’s well-appointed chalet kept us very cozy. We put together a puzzle that was there and played Super Scrabble. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. And oh man, the water pressure in the shower is amazing!

We love Innsbrook and we love staying with Sarah. Although having our daughter’s wedding at Innsbrook was stressful, it was a wonderful experience to relax at the chalet. As always, Sarah’s chalet was clean and well stocked for her visitors. We appreciated her flexibility for check in and out as well. This is a great venue for a relaxing getaway. We definitely will be back in the future.
